• Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees.

• Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professional, and we expect clients to treat them respectfully. Misconduct may result in service termination without a refund.
• Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave appropriately; smoking, excessive noise, and illegal activities are prohibited.
• Damage: Any damage caused by passengers will be the client’s responsibility and charged accordingly.
